About CBX Property Maintenance

CBX Property Maintenance is a locally owned handyman and property maintenance company based in North Fort Myers. We help homeowners, realtors and property managers keep their homes in great shape, from a single repair to a list that’s been growing for months.

The CBX standard

Every job is held to the same standard: show up when we say we will, explain your options clearly before work begins, protect your home while we’re in it, and leave the space clean. Whether it’s one small fix or a full punch list, you should know exactly what to expect.

Our founder

CBX was founded by Chris McDowell. Today Chris leads every project and is building a team of skilled, dependable handymen who share the same commitment to doing the job right.

Rooted in Southwest Florida

We live and work in the communities we serve, from North Fort Myers and Cape Coral to Pine Island and Lehigh Acres. CBX is insured and registered to work in each city we serve, and we care about our reputation in the neighborhood.
